The mechanics of this exercise are not very complicated, however it is a very practical way of training the posterior chain and arms muscles, but it particularly targets the abs. It is recommended to start with light weights and build up in weight as you feel more comfortable with the movement. You can also use a shorter handle, like the Parabell´s, to reduce the difficulty.
