About Gabriel Saravia
I grew up using sport as a way to manage anxiety and stay out of trouble. I spent years doing bodybuilding and playing squash, pushing my body hard without understanding how it actually worked. By the time I was 23, the abuse caught up with me. I was dealing with chronic back pain that stopped me from doing any meaningful activity.
Every traditional treatment I tried led to the same dead end, anti-inflammatory drugs, painkillers, muscle relaxers, or some combination of them. None of it offered a real or lasting solution. The pain always came back.
That experience took me into a different journey, one where I had to truly understand my own body. This is when I discovered that proper movement can resolve most, if not all, of these chronic issues. The real cause isn’t “bad luck” or “aging”, it is the disconnection modern life creates between us and the movement patterns our bodies evolved for. We are built to run, throw, carry, climb, and hunt, yet we spend our days sitting, bracing, and moving in ways completely foreign to our biology.
I started traveling the world, learning from mentors, studying biomechanics, and working with people from every background. Along the way, I found my mission. I’ve helped hundreds of clients get out of pain, from world champions to individuals with severe movement limitations.
As an engineer, I now design and build tools that support this mission. The Paraball, Paramace, and Parabell exist because I needed equipment that could train the way the human body is actually designed to move. These tools allow me to reach more people, and now I’m sharing the methods behind them, so you can understand your body, restore your movement, and rebuild strength the way nature intended.
