Today we are going to train some biorhythms with this pendulum lunge with the Parabell
In a functional scenario, muscles rarely stay elongated for long periods of time, they stretch and contract following a rhythmic pattern and that that is what we are going to train with this exercise. We will start with a bilateral position, holding the Parabell with one hand.
The difficulty of this exercise is to synchronize the movement of the hips, with the movement of the Parabell, so it is actually the hip flexion and extension what moves the weight, and not our arms doing the effort.
