This advanced exercise is an excellent way of integrating spine rotation with leg movements, that also means it is very effective in training the core and legs. We are going to hold the Paraball with one hand and we will use a bilateral stance.
We are going to use a forehand swing as the base exercise; however, we are going to make it more dynamic by taking two steps for every Paraball swing. We have to start and finish on a bilateral stance, so we will be steping sideways by rotating on the transverse plane
