PARAMACE (Adjustable Steel Mace - Large)

The Paramace (adjustable steel mace) is an essential tool to build strength and mobility specially in movements that involve the spine and the hips. This characteristic makes it ideal for sports specific exercises, since most of them require rotating, bending, flexing or extending the spine. 

The Paramace is long mace that comes with adjustable weights and has 4 configurations:
10 lbs (4.5 kg), 15 lbs (6.8 kg, 20 lbs (9 kg) and 25 lbs (11.3 kg).
