PAIN FREE LOCOMOTION COHORT
Are you struggling with recurring pain that nothing seems to fix? Are you ready to stop guessing and start getting real results?
If you have been dealing with chronic pain, recurring injuries, or movement that just feels off, and you have tried physiotherapy, foam rolling, and generic mobility programs without lasting results, this cohort is for you.

Pain Free Locomotion: 2-Month Cohort is a fully guided, hands-on program where Gabriel works with you directly for eight weeks to identify your specific compensation patterns and build a corrective exercise protocol tailored to your body. This is not a course you follow alone. It is a structured program with weekly one-on-one sessions, personal gait assessments, and direct access to Gabriel throughout the entire process.
Why Most Mobility Programs Don't Work
Most mobility programs focus on increasing range of motion everywhere. But in the majority of cases, injuries do not happen in joints that move too little. They happen in joints that already move too much.
A herniated disc is not bad luck. It is vertebral compression.
A torn meniscus is not an accident. It is the femur shifting out of place.
A plantar fascia rupture is not random. It is a tendon that has been overstretched.
Biomechanics are the root cause. And biomechanics are the solution. This program teaches you how to mobilize what needs to move more, and stabilize what needs to move less, without creating hypermobility. That is the difference between a mobility program that regenerates your body and one that slowly breaks it down.
Why Myofascial Release Alone Is Not Enough
If you have ever done myofascial release and felt great for a day or two before the tension came back, this program is for you.
Myofascial release works. But without activating the inhibited muscle on the other side of the joint, your body reverts to its original pattern within days. The corrective exercises in this program are specifically designed to lock in the results of the myofascial release and make them permanent, by strengthening the muscles that were being suppressed. That is the combination that creates lasting change.
What's Included
✔ Full access to the Pain Free Locomotion: Functional Mobility Essentials online course
✔ Initial gait cycle analysis — Gabriel analyzes your movement before the program begins and identifies your specific compensation patterns
✔ Final gait cycle analysis — a full reassessment at the end of the eight weeks to measure your progress and update your protocol
✔ Eight weekly one-on-one sessions — one session per week for two months to review your progress, answer your questions, and adjust your protocol as your body evolves
✔ Direct WhatsApp access — ask Gabriel questions between sessions and get guidance whenever you need it
How It Works
The cohort is structured around your body, not a fixed group routine. Here is what the eight weeks look like:
• Week 1 to 3: Mastering the Fundamentals The first three weeks are dedicated to learning and mastering the fundamental spine movements. Before you can correct your gait, you need to develop control and awareness of how your spine moves through flexion, extension, lateral flexion, and rotation. These are the building blocks that everything else is built on. Gabriel guides you through each movement pattern and makes sure you are executing them correctly before moving forward.
• Weeks 4 to 6: Integration with the Limbs Once the fundamental spine movements are in place, the focus shifts to integrating them with the limbs in the context of your gait cycle. This is where the work starts to translate directly into how you walk and run. You will learn how to coordinate spinal movement with hip, knee, and shoulder mechanics so that the improvements you made in the first phase start showing up in your actual movement.
• Week 7 and 8: Correcting Your Specific Dysfunctions The final two weeks are dedicated entirely to your individual compensation patterns. Using the findings from your initial gait analysis and the progress you have made throughout the program, Gabriel designs a targeted protocol to address the specific dysfunctions that are most relevant to your body. This phase is fully personalized and ensures you finish the cohort with a clear understanding of what your body needs to keep improving long after the program ends.
Who This Cohort Is For
This cohort is ideal for:
• People with recurring pain who have tried multiple approaches without lasting results and want a fully personalized solution
• Athletes who want to improve their movement and gait mechanics, efficiency, and injury resilience with expert guidance
• Anyone who is serious about fixing the root cause of their movement problems rather than managing symptoms indefinitely
If you work with the human body in any capacity, this cohort will elevate your understanding of movement and give you a framework you can use for life.
What You'll Learn
✔ How to identify and correct compensation patterns that drive pain and injury
✔ How to use myofascial release correctly to reduce tension without creating instability
✔ How to use corrective exercises to build strength in the ranges of motion that matter
✔ How to address movement restrictions in six key areas: lower back, hips, knees, ankles and feet, shoulders, and neck and upper back
✔ How to build a personal protocol tailored to your body based on real-time feedback from your own movement
✔ How to move without pain, with less effort, and with greater efficiency in your gait
Why This Is Different From the Course Alone
The online course gives you the framework and the tools. The cohort gives you Gabriel.
Most people know what they should be doing but struggle to identify exactly what their body needs or to stay consistent without accountability. The cohort solves both problems. You get a protocol built specifically for your compensation patterns, weekly check-ins to keep you on track, and direct access to ask questions the moment they come up.
This is not a group program where you follow along with everyone else. Every session, every protocol, and every adjustment is built around you.
A Framework Tailored to Your Body, Not a Generic Routine
Every body is different. Every dysfunction is different. That is why this cohort does not give you a one-size-fits-all routine. Instead, it gives you a system for discovering exactly which exercises work for your specific condition, using three practical benchmarks you can apply immediately:
The Gait Benchmark — Walk or run before and after each exercise and feel the difference in real time.
The Posture Benchmark — Use a mirror to observe how your alignment, spinal curvatures, and symmetry respond to each exercise.
The Movement Quality Benchmark — Identify the movement that currently causes you pain or restriction, test it after each exercise, and let your own body tell you what works.
No guesswork. No complex assessments. Your body becomes your most reliable diagnostic tool.
This Is Just the Beginning
Pain Free Locomotion: Corrective Mobility Essentials is Part One of the Pain Free Locomotion series. This cohort builds the foundation. Master your mobility and movement quality here, and you will be ready for what comes next.
Start moving the way your body is meant to move.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this cohort suitable for beginners?
Yes. The program is fully personalized to your current level and condition. Gabriel adjusts the protocol based on where your body is at, not a fixed difficulty level.
How do the weekly sessions work?
Sessions are held online via video call. Each session lasts approximately thirty to forty-five minutes and covers your progress, any questions you have, and adjustments to your protocol based on your results.
What do I need for the gait analysis?
You will need to record a short video of yourself walking or running. Detailed instructions on how to film the video correctly will be sent to you after enrollment.
How does the WhatsApp access work?
Once enrolled you will be added to a direct WhatsApp conversation with Gabriel. You can ask questions, share videos, or request guidance at any time throughout the eight weeks.
What equipment do I need?
You will need a lacrosse ball or softball, elastic resistance bands, and a few other basic tools referenced in specific lessons. A full equipment list is provided at the beginning of the course.
I have tried myofascial release before and the results did not last. Will this be different?
Yes. This program pairs every myofascial release technique with the corresponding corrective exercise specifically designed to reinforce and make permanent the results of the release. That combination is what most programs are missing. And with weekly sessions and direct access to Gabriel, you will have the guidance to make sure you are applying it correctly for your specific body.
