ANTERIOR CHAIN TRAINING WITH THE PARABALL

There is a high chance that you are missing this in your leg training!
Most people focus only on training the posterior chain while exercising the legs. However the posterior chain has an antagonist which is responsible for building momentum forward while running, or even lifting your body up while jumping for example. I am referring to the Anterior Chain, containing muscles like the quads, hip flexors and abs.
Every strength training routine should account for training these muscles, in this context, which is often forgotten.
Here are some tips to account for while training your anterior chain using tools like the Paraball, a medicine ball or even a sledge hammer and a tire.
Try incorporating any type of slam in your training and you will see faster and more explosive movements in pretty much anything you do.
